The rental cottage correspond to the west wing of the mill

  Independant accesss from the main entrance.

  Renovation works completed in 2006. Surface fit for habitation 130 sqm on 2 levels.
Optimal confort for 5-8 persons.

At the 1st floor :

  A small hall and a wide corridor bring you to an imposing living-room with a visible frame and a monumental stoned fireplace. A corner is reserved for a modern kitchen with all fittings (Electric and microwaves ovens, 4 hotplates, refrigerator, freezer…)

3 large windows offer various views of the property over the water .

  Direct access in the garden along the river throught an independant outside stair .

  The living-room has also a TV corner and an extra bedding (sofa bed for 2 persons

A collection of 500 books is at your disposal.

  A double room with its private bathroom and toilet. The room overviews the bamboos’forest.

At the 2^nd floor :

An opened stair inside the living room bring you to the mezzanine offering an extra small bed for one person. A door give access to another double room with a double bed and a single bed and its private bathroom and toilet.

The rental cottage has its own washing-machine and furnitures for the garden (Teak table and chairs, long chairs, barbecue…)
